Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with Post-COVID Syndrome.
  • You can do most daily activities on your own (Barthel Index above 80).
  • You have a smartphone to receive questionnaires and use the heart rate measurement app.
  • You do not have serious heart, vein, or neurological conditions that would make water therapy unsafe.
  • You have not regularly done Kneipp water therapy before.
