Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 60 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome using specific medical criteria
  • Your fatigue is severe enough to score 4 or higher on a standard fatigue scale
  • You are not currently taking corticosteroids or immune-suppressing medications
  • You do not have significant depression, schizophrenia, or other serious mental health conditions
  • You do not have skin sensitivity to light, active cancer, or active infections
