- You are between 18 and 45 years old
- You exercise regularly (at least a few times per week)
- You have no recent injuries to your legs or lower body in the past 6 months
- You can tolerate electrical muscle stimulation (NMES) without severe discomfort

- You have normal blood pressure and no heart conditions that limit intense exercise
