Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 45 years old
  • You exercise regularly (at least a few times per week)
  • You have no recent injuries to your legs or lower body in the past 6 months
  • You can tolerate electrical muscle stimulation (NMES) without severe discomfort
  • You have a BMI of 30 or less (not in obesity category)
  • You have normal blood pressure and no heart conditions that limit intense exercise
