Who can take part
- You have chronic rhinosinusitis (long-lasting sinus inflammation) and need sinus surgery
- You are having endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) performed successfully without major complications
- You will receive 2–4 Propel steroid-eluting implants placed in your ethmoid or frontal sinuses during surgery
- Only NOVAPAK hemostatic packing material is used in both sides of your ethmoid sinuses
- You are able to complete follow-up visits for 6 months after surgery
- You have not received certain biologic medications (like dupilumab or mepolizumab) within the past 12 weeks
