  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have a confirmed solid tumor cancer
  • You have had trouble sleeping for at least 1 month, 3 or more nights a week
  • You have not taken any sleep medication in the past month
  • You have not had acupuncture or ear seed therapy in the past 3 months
  • You do not have serious heart, liver, or kidney problems
