Who can take part
- You have chronic insomnia and/or epilepsy and had a sleep study done between September 2011 and December 2024
- You were between 18 and 65 years old when you had your sleep study
- You did not use a CPAP breathing machine during your sleep study recording
- You don't have a severe psychiatric condition (like untreated psychosis, mania, or severe depression with specific features)
- You are willing to allow your sleep study data to be used for this research
