Who can take part

  • Be between 18 and 50 years old
  • Be able to walk independently on a treadmill for at least 6 minutes without help
  • Have no neurological or bone/joint conditions that affect your walking
  • Have no uncontrolled heart or metabolic conditions (like diabetes) that affect walking
  • Not have current pain or discomfort in your legs or feet
  • Not have had leg surgery in the past 6 months and no open wounds on your legs
