Who can take part

  • You have non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is advanced or cannot be surgically removed, with specific EGFR gene mutations (19del or L858R)
  • Your cancer has stopped responding to at least one EGFR-targeted therapy (like erlotinib, gefitinib, or osimertinib) and to platinum-based chemotherapy
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old and in good enough health to tolerate treatment (ECOG score 0 or 1)
  • Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart function are within safe ranges for this study
  • You can provide tumor tissue for testing or agree to a biopsy
  • You are willing to use birth control during and for 6 months after the trial if you can become pregnant
