Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
- You have at least one tumor outside the brain that can be measured on scans.
- You are generally well enough to perform daily activities (ECOG score of 0 or 1).
- You can provide a sample of your tumor tissue (from a recent biopsy or stored sample).
- You have not been treated with certain drugs before, including docetaxel or a type of drug called a topoisomerase I inhibitor.
