- You have metastatic prostate cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments.
- You have pain that requires strong painkillers like opioids.
- If you've had radiation, it must be at least 3 months ago.
- Your worst pain in the last week needs to be at least 4 on a 0-10 scale.
- You must not have a history of drug or alcohol addiction (substance use disorder).
