Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with a concussion (mild traumatic brain injury)
  • You are between 18 and 60 years old
  • Your concussion happened more than 2 weeks ago but less than 6 months ago
  • You still have symptoms from your concussion (like dizziness, balance problems, or headaches)
  • You are not currently in physical therapy for your concussion symptoms
  • You do not have other injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions that could cause balance problems
