  • You are 18–40 years old
  • You had a sports-related concussion or mild head injury 3–12 months ago
  • You can safely do light walking and simple thinking tasks
  • You own a smartphone or mobile device and can use it daily
  • You can read and understand English
  • You do not have moderate or severe head injuries, or other serious medical conditions
