Who can take part

  • Age between 10 and 60 years old
  • Diagnosed with discoid meniscus (a cartilage problem in the knee) confirmed by MRI and arthroscopy (camera surgery)
  • Had arthroscopic partial meniscectomy with suture repair (knee surgery to repair the meniscus)
  • No other injuries in the same knee (no torn ligaments, fractures, or cartilage damage)
  • No moderate-to-severe arthritis (wear and tear) in the knee
  • No history of surgery or serious injury in other leg joints (hip, ankle) that affects how you walk or move
