- You have been diagnosed with Parkinson disease
- You can walk safely on your own, with or without a cane
- You speak English and are physically in the USA during the study
- Your doctor has cleared you to exercise by walking
- You haven't used walking poles regularly (more than 30% of the time) in the past 6 months
- You can commit to walking for at least 7 consecutive days during the study period without traveling or scheduled surgery
