Who can take part
- Age 18 to 75
- Advanced or metastatic cancer that has not progressed after first-line treatment
- Good performance status (ECOG 0-1)
- Adequate bone marrow, liver, and kidney function
- No prior cell therapy (e.g., NK, CAR-T)
- No other cancer within the past 5 years (except completely removed skin cancer or very early-stage cancer)
- No serious active infection or recent use of IV antibiotics
- No active hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, or syphilis
