Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Digestive system, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This study tests a natural killer (NK) cell therapy combined with standard maintenance treatment for people with certain advanced cancers (non-small cell lung, colorectal, liver, or stomach cancer) that have not progressed after first-line therapy. It is for people who have completed initial treatment and whose disease is stable or responding.

Natural killer cell infusion for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests an investigational natural killer (NK) cell therapy for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if these immune cells can shrink tumors and are safe.

NCT07589530Recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
CAR NK Cell Therapy for Advanced Solid Tumors

This study tests a new immune cell treatment called EB-NK-301, which are lab-modified natural killer cells designed to attack cancer cells that have a protein called TROP2. The trial is for people with advanced solid tumors (cancers that have spread) whose cancer has stopped responding to standard treatments.

NCT07410676Recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
Donor NK cells with IL-15 and pembrolizumab for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a new type of cell therapy (natural killer cells) made from a donor, combined with low-dose IL-15 (a protein that helps these cells work) and sometimes with pembrolizumab (Keytruda), for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors or slow their growth.

NK510 cell therapy for advanced gastric and colorectal cancer

This trial tests a new natural killer (NK) cell therapy called NK510 for people with advanced gastric or colorectal cancer that has not responded to at least two prior treatments. The study aims to see if NK510 can help shrink tumors or slow the disease.

NCT07759856Recruiting· Phase 2
Natural killer cells plus immunotherapy for small cell lung cancer

This trial tests combining natural killer (NK) cells with an immunotherapy drug as a maintenance treatment after standard chemotherapy for small cell lung cancer that has spread. The goal is to see if this combination can help keep the cancer from growing.
