Who can take part
- Age 18–39 years old
- Diagnosed with POI: irregular or absent periods for more than 4 months, plus high FSH hormone levels (tested twice, at least 4 weeks apart)
- Already taking stable hormone replacement therapy for at least 3 months
- Not planning to get pregnant and willing to use strict contraception during the study
- No history of ovarian, uterine, or breast cancer
- No uncontrolled high blood pressure, severe organ disease, or recent major surgery
