Who can take part

  • Age 18–39 years old
  • Diagnosed with POI: irregular or absent periods for more than 4 months, plus high FSH hormone levels (tested twice, at least 4 weeks apart)
  • Already taking stable hormone replacement therapy for at least 3 months
  • Not planning to get pregnant and willing to use strict contraception during the study
  • No history of ovarian, uterine, or breast cancer
  • No uncontrolled high blood pressure, severe organ disease, or recent major surgery
