Who can take part

  • You are between 20 and 50 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with testicular failure, low testosterone, or no sperm (men) or early ovarian failure (women).
  • Standard treatments like hormone therapy or fertility medications haven't worked well for you.
  • You are in generally good health with no serious medical conditions like uncontrolled heart disease, kidney failure, or diabetes.
  • You do not have active cancer or a history of cancer in the past 5 years, and you are not taking blood thinners.
