Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, a lung condition from smoking)
- You are 50 years or older
- You are a former or current smoker
- You speak and understand Danish
- You have not had a chest CT scan in the last 6 months
- You do not have active cancer or recent cancer diagnosis (within 1 year)
