Who can take part
- Child is between 7 and 11 years old
- Child attends CEIP Pablo García Baena school in Córdoba, Spain
- For training group: can attend sessions twice per week for 8 weeks at Triple XXX Box gym
- Child has no current injuries, bone/joint problems, or medical conditions that limit exercise
- Parents or legal guardians must sign permission and agree child can participate
- Child is not currently doing other organized sports or exercise classes outside school
