Who can take part

  • Your child must be between 7 and 12 years old
  • Your child must be generally healthy and fit, with no mental health conditions like depression or anxiety
  • Your child's BMI must be in the normal range (13.3 to 24.1)
  • Your child must have a presidential fitness score at or above the 85th percentile
  • Your child must not have had vision, balance, or inner ear problems in the last six months
  • Your child cannot have done any previous aerobic or circuit training
