Who can take part
- You are female, age 18 or older
- You have severe blockages in three heart arteries, including the circumflex artery (≥70% narrowed, at least 1.5 mm wide)
- You have chest pain or evidence of heart strain on stress tests that your doctor believes needs bypass surgery
- You have never had heart surgery before, including previous bypass surgery (CABG)
- Your heart pumps at least 35% of blood with each beat (normal ejection fraction)
- You do not have severe kidney disease (CKD stage 4 or worse) and can have blood vessels safely harvested
