Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and have been diagnosed with MALT lymphoma (a type of lymphoma affecting tissues outside lymph nodes)
  • Your lymphoma has at least one measurable tumor outside the spleen that is larger than 1 cm
  • You have never received chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or other systemic cancer treatments for this diagnosis
  • You have an ECOG performance status of 0–1 (able to do light activity; if bedridden more than 50% of the day, you don't qualify)
  • Your blood counts and organ function (liver, kidney, heart) are within safe ranges for this treatment
  • You are willing to use contraception if you could become pregnant, and you are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding
