- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a type of marginal zone lymphoma that is CD20-positive (a protein on the cancer cells).
- Your lymphoma has at least one tumor outside the spleen that is bigger than 1.5 cm.
- You have not had prior chemotherapy for your lymphoma, but you may have had local treatments like surgery or radiation.
- Your lymphoma is causing symptoms or other problems that need treatment.
- Your heart, blood counts, liver, and kidneys are working well enough based on a simple blood test.
