Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia (widespread muscle pain meeting American College of Rheumatology criteria)
  • Your pain level is at least 4 out of 10 on a pain scale
  • You have not taken fibromyalgia medications or participated in fibromyalgia treatment programs for at least 1 month
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • You are not pregnant, nursing, or planning to become pregnant
  • You do not have severe depression, anxiety, heart/kidney/liver disease, blood clotting problems, or other serious health conditions
