Who can take part

  • You have primary fibromyalgia (diagnosed by the 2016 American College of Rheumatology criteria).
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your average pain score is 4 or higher on a 0-to-10 scale.
  • You have not taken fibromyalgia drugs or followed a fibromyalgia treatment plan for at least 1 month.
  • You have mild or no serious health issues (like heart disease, liver/kidney problems, blood disorders) and are not pregnant or nursing.
