Who can take part

  • Advanced or metastatic liver cancer (stages B or C) that cannot be surgically removed or treated with transplant
  • Must have already tried at least one previous immunotherapy treatment that did not work
  • Adequate blood cell counts and organ function (kidney, liver, heart)
  • Expected to live more than 3 months
  • Active hepatitis B infection (HBsAg positive at screening)
  • No major unresolved side effects from previous cancer treatments (grade 2 or higher)
