Who can take part

  • You are an informal caregiver (unpaid family member or friend) for an adult who needs help with daily activities like bathing, eating, or dressing
  • You provide at least 4 hours of care per week, which includes direct hands-on care or help with tasks like giving medication or paying bills
  • You speak French fluently
  • You can either travel to Nice or Biot, France for in-person sessions, OR you have reliable internet access at home or nearby to join sessions online
  • You are able to understand and agree to take part in the study
