Testing speech and memory checks at home for early thinking problems
Part of Brain & nervous system, Mental health clinical trials.
This study uses a video-based system at home to check your speech and memory, helping doctors spot thinking problems early using artificial intelligence. The goal is to see if this simple, at-home test can reliably catch early memory and thinking changes.

This study looks at how common mild cognitive impairment and dementia are in people staying in rehabilitation units for heart, lung, or orthopedic problems. It aims to understand memory and thinking issues that may be overlooked in these settings.
This study looks at memory and thinking changes using questionnaires, memory testing, and brain scans. It may help researchers better understand neurodegeneration and dementia and how these problems show up over time.
This study is testing a voice-controlled digital platform to measure normal memory and thinking abilities in healthy adults. By participating, you would help create a baseline of normal scores that doctors can use to compare against when assessing people with thinking problems.
This study tests a new way to check cognitive (thinking and memory) health using a simple headband that measures electrical signals on your scalp. It is looking for people 65 to 90 years old, with or without memory concerns, and a family member or friend who can also take part.
