Who can take part

  • You are healthy with no serious medical conditions
  • You are between 18 and 45 years old
  • You do resistance training (weights, strength exercises) at least 3 times per week and have for at least 6 months
  • You can attend all scheduled visits and follow study instructions
  • You do not smoke or have recently quit smoking
  • You have no chest, lung, or inner ear problems that could be affected by pressure changes
