  • You are a male elite sailor aged 18–35 years
  • You hold a national first-class athlete certificate or higher
  • You have at least 5 years of professional sailing experience
  • You train at least 5 times per week in sailing
  • You have no heart, lung, or nervous system diseases
  • You are not currently injured or on medications that affect recovery
