Who can take part

  • You are a competitive road cyclist racing in Elite 2 or Under-23 categories in Belgium (or equivalent level).
  • You have been cycling at a regional or national level for at least 2 years with structured training.
  • You train at least 8 hours per week on the bike over the last 10 weeks.
  • Your training has been steady recently (no big changes due to injury, illness, or overtraining).
  • Your measured VO₂max is 60 ml/kg/min or higher.
  • You have no heart, lung, or other health problems that make extra oxygen or being in a pressure chamber unsafe.
