Who can take part

  • You are between 19 and 30 years old.
  • You have not done any organized weight training (for muscle building or strength) for more than 2 hours per week in the past year.
  • You are generally healthy – no major health conditions like uncontrolled heart disease, diabetes, or recent cancer treatment.
  • You are not a smoker or user of nicotine products.
  • You haven't taken fish oil supplements in the last 6 weeks.
