  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • Your BMI (body weight measurement) is 29.9 or lower
  • You have a smartphone (iPhone or Android) with internet access
  • You have a quiet, private space at home for online therapy sessions
  • You are able to read, write, and communicate clearly
  • You are not currently receiving other therapy or using apps for emotional eating
