Who can take part

  • You are a woman aged 18 or older.
  • You have had at least one binge eating episode in the past month.
  • You own a smartphone and can read Portuguese.
  • You are not currently in therapy or another clinical trial.
  • Your BMI is above 18.5, and you are not pregnant.
  • You do not have bipolar disorder, psychosis, substance abuse, suicidal thoughts, or borderline personality disorder.
