Who can take part
- Confirmed diagnosis of small cell lung cancer (SCLC) only—no mixed types with other cancers
- Age 18–75 years with good enough health to tolerate treatment (ECOG score 0–2)
- Life expectancy of at least 3 months
- Any previous cancer treatment side effects must be resolved to mild levels or gone completely
- Adequate organ function (liver, kidneys, heart, blood clotting)
- No brain tumors with symptoms, active infections requiring antibiotics, or severe bleeding problems
