Who can take part
- You have had dry eye symptoms for at least 6 months
- Your eyes show moderate corneal damage (staining score ≥2) on examination
- Your tear production is low but not completely absent (Schirmer test 1–10mm)
- You are at least 18 years old with vision of 20/100 or better in both eyes
- You are willing to stop wearing contact lenses and not use certain eye drops or steroids during the study
- You have not previously tried lifitegrast or had eye surgery in the past year
