  • Age 18–70 years
  • Advanced cancer (solid tumor) that has progressed despite at least two lines of prior treatment
  • Good overall health and ability to care for yourself (ECOG score 0–1)
  • At least 3 months expected survival
  • Normal blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart function within the past 2 weeks
  • At least 4 weeks since last chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery (6 weeks for certain chemotherapy drugs)
