Who can take part
- You are a member of or regularly use services at a participating church
- You are 18 years or older
- You have prediabetes (high blood sugar that's not quite diabetes yet, shown by specific blood test results or risk score)
- You are able to do gentle, low-impact exercise like walking
- You speak English
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant in the next 12 months
