- Your child is between 2 and 5 years old
- Your child has been diagnosed with clubfoot
- Your child's Pirani score (a measure of clubfoot severity) is between 3 and 6
- Your child has not had previous Achilles tendon surgery
- Your child does not have other genetic conditions, spinal cord abnormalities, or skeletal disorders
