Who can take part
- You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has failed, or you are intolerant to, standard treatments
- Your cancer cells must test positive for IMP3 protein expression
- You have received prior cancer treatments based on your specific cancer type (e.g., at least 2 prior treatments for most patients, or 3+ if you have specific genetic mutations)
- You have adequate organ function (liver, kidney, heart, and blood counts) confirmed by recent blood tests

- You have a life expectancy of at least 3 months and can commit to 6–18 months of follow-up care and contraception use
