Who can take part
- You have never had a heart attack, stroke, or other serious heart or brain problems
- Your blood pressure is currently normal (below 140/90) and you are not taking blood pressure medications
- You do not have diabetes or high blood sugar
- You have not smoked in the last 5 years or do not currently smoke
- You do not have active cancer, autoimmune disease, or a current serious infection
- You have not had surgery or a significant injury in the last 2 months
