Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You fit into one of four specific groups: monogenic diabetes (genetic), type 2 diabetes, high insulin with normal blood sugar, or normal blood sugar with slightly elevated insulin
  • You cannot be pregnant
  • You cannot have pancreatic autoantibodies (specific immune markers)
  • You cannot have severe heart, liver, or kidney disease
  • You cannot be currently enrolled in another clinical trial
