Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You are scheduled for elective (planned, not emergency) laparoscopic gallbladder removal surgery
- You are healthy enough for general anesthesia (ASA class I, II, or III)
- You do not have obesity (BMI ≤ 35 kg/m²)
- You have no history of neck surgery or conditions that would prevent ultrasound measurement of your neck vein
- You do not have serious heart problems such as heart rhythm disturbances, heart failure, valve disease, or circulation problems
