Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with pancreatic adenocarcinoma (a type of pancreatic cancer) that has spread to other parts of your body
- You have one of five specific genetic mutations (BRCA1, BRCA2, PALB2, RAD51C, or RAD51D) confirmed by a genetic test
- You have already received at least one round of platinum-based chemotherapy and your cancer got worse afterward
- You can safely have a small tissue sample (biopsy) removed from your tumor
- Your blood counts, kidney function, and liver function are adequate, with no serious heart, lung, or autoimmune conditions
