Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Your cancer must have a specific genetic change called an HR-deficient mutation.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be seen on scans (measurable or not).
  • You must be able to do daily activities with little help (ECOG score 0-2).
  • You must have recovered from side effects of prior treatments (hormone therapy and palliative radiation are okay).
  • You cannot have had prior treatment with a polymerase theta inhibitor.
