Who can take part

  • You have a clinical diagnosis of Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD)
  • You are at least 7 years old
  • Your arm and hand function is at Brooke level 4 or better (you can still move your arms with some strength)
  • You can understand simple instructions and follow them
  • You can use your arms and hands to interact with a virtual reality headset and controller
  • You don't have other neurological conditions besides DMD, severe vision problems, or severe arm stiffness that would prevent you from playing
