This study tests a new titanium implant designed to stabilize and reduce pain in the sacroiliac joint (the joint where your lower spine connects to your pelvis). If you have chronic lower back pain from sacroiliac joint problems that hasn't improved with physical therapy or other non-surgical treatments, this trial may help determine if surgery with this implant is right for you.

Who can take part

  • Age 21 or older
  • Chronic lower back pain for at least 6 months that hasn't improved with non-surgical treatment (physical therapy, injections, etc.)
  • Diagnosed sacroiliac joint dysfunction or damage confirmed by imaging or testing
  • Current sacroiliac joint pain rated 5 or higher on a 0–10 pain scale
  • Able to undergo surgery and tolerate anesthesia without very high medical risk
  • No previous implant or surgery on the same sacroiliac joint
