Who can take part
- You are male and at least 18 years old
- You have moderate-to-severe urinary symptoms from an enlarged prostate (IPSS score of 8 or higher)
- Your prostate is enlarged (larger than 40 ml on imaging)
- You have not had previous prostate or urethra surgery
- You do not have a history of prostate cancer
- You are not taking blood-thinning medications, or can safely pause them around surgery time
