Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You must be able to care for yourself (walk, dress, etc.) and be up and about more than half of your waking hours.
- You must have a solid tumor cancer that has spread or cannot be removed, and that has either progressed after standard treatments, or for which no standard treatment exists.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured with a scan, and your overall health must be good enough (as judged by blood tests).
- You cannot have cancer that has spread to the brain unless it is stable or causing no symptoms.
- You must agree to use effective birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant.
