Who can take part

  • Age 18 to 75 years old
  • Advanced or metastatic solid tumor (cancer that has spread) that hasn't responded to standard treatment or for which standard treatment isn't available
  • At least one measurable tumor visible on imaging (RECIST v1.1 criteria)
  • Good overall health with performance status 0 or 1 (able to do daily activities with minimal limitations)
  • Expected lifespan of at least 3 months
  • No active cancer elsewhere in your body within the past 3 years
