Who can take part
- You have advanced pancreatic, colorectal, or kidney cancer that has progressed after at least two prior treatment regimens and no further standard options are available
- Your cancer has grown or spread on imaging scans after your most recent treatment
- You have at least one measurable tumor on imaging (RECIST criteria)
- Your overall health and energy level allow you to care for yourself with minimal assistance (ECOG performance status ≤ 2)
- Your blood cell counts, kidney function, and liver function meet minimum thresholds; you do not have active infections (TB, HIV, hepatitis)
- You are willing to use effective birth control for 6 months after treatment ends (if applicable) and comply with frequent clinic visits and lab tests
